In addition TMC has represented office users in lease transactions totaling over 600,000 square 

feet in the San Francisco Financial District.

Acquisition and Development:

TMC has been involved in the financing, acquisition, and development of over $700,000,000

of commercial real estate.  Projects include high rise offices, high rise hotels, suburban office parks

and R&D facilities.

Construction Management:

TMC is well versed in tenant improvement construction, electrical deregulation, planning codes

and ADA requirements.  TMC has the resources to handle any property's requirements & helps
