The strength of TMC's management team is evidenced by the breadth and depth of our professional staff. Our professionals have the experience and expertise to successfully serve the needs of our clients.
Ray Terwilliger, President, brings an entrepreneurial and managerial perspective to commercial properties and a proven track record in institutional real estate development and management. In Ray's 30 years of experience in commercial real estate he has been involved in the financing, development and management of over $750 million of prime commercial real estate including high-rise office projects and suburban office/industrial parks. Ray has also been active in leasing, representing owners in 400,000 square feet of lease transactions and over 300,000 square feet of tenant representations. Ray is a member of BOMA and a board member of Union Square Association. He has earned a B.A. from Alma College and M.B.A. from Central
Michigan University in Business Administration. Paige Salazar, General Manager, has 15 years experience as a property manager of commercial properties in San Francisco and is responsible for all property management operations for TMC, which include accounting, budgeting, capital projects, tenant improvements, tenant relations, and supervising administrative, security and janitorial staffs. Paige is a graduate of UC Davis with a B.S. degree in Managerial Economics, a licensed Real Estate Agent in California, an active member of BOMA, a member of Real Estate Alliance for Charity and Fire Safety Director certified by the San Francisco Fire Department and Local 39.
